TETRI comes from the Georgian word “white”. Our philosophy follows the ancient Georgian artisanal winemaking method, to which this wine is a tribute. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters in San Lorenzo Maggiore, Benevento Province. Clay and limestone soil, very exposed to the Mediterranean wind and sun. Falanghina grapes are selected, harvested by hand and softly pressed.
Contact with the grape skins is very brief, maximum 24 hours.
Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in Qvevri with a capacity of 1,000 litres, without additives. After 12 months, it is bottled without any clarification or filtration.
It is a fresh and fruity wine, with an explosion of aromas of lemon, peach, honey, combined with citrus and white flowers. It is dry, with a high acidity and long persistence.
